Board Change

As previously announced on 7 March 2013, Shepherd Neame Limited advises that Bill Brett (48) has today been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director. He replaces Randall Nicol who retired from the Board today.

Commenting on the announcement, Miles Templeman, Chairman, said:

I am delighted to welcome Bill to the Board. Bill joins us from Robert Brett & Sons, the Kent-based construction and building materials business, where he is Executive Chairman. His experience will be of significant benefit to Shepherd Neame.

I would also like to thank Randall who has been of great service to the Company since he joined the Board in 2003.  He has been an invaluable source of guidance and advice and demonstrated a great passion and understanding of the business and I wish him well in retirement.
