Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – Singha Facebook Commenting Sweepstakes

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over excluding Shepherd Neame employees, their friends and family members, and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. 
  2. Promotion Period: Enter between 11:00 BST on 05/12/2019 and 23:59 BST on 12/12/2019.
  3. No purchase necessary; however internet access and a valid Facebook account is required. 
  4. To Enter: Go to https://www.facebook.com/SinghaUK and comment on the promotional Facebook post, telling us who would you like so say thank you to.
  5. Maximum one entry per person throughout the Promotion Period.
  6. The Prizes: One winner will receive TWO cases of Singha lager (48 x 330ml in total)
  7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. 
  8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. 
  9. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes from the date of winner acceptance
  10. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 14 working days of the closing date.
  11. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via a direct message to their Facebook account within 14 working days of the draw and will be required to respond as instructed to within 14 days to claim. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited. 
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

  14. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  15. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
