Pub of the Week: The Dover Castle, Teynham

The Dover Castle Inn is an historic 17th century coaching inn situated in the village of Teynham, between Faversham and Sittingbourne, which prides itself on offering fresh food and fine ales.

This very spacious pub has a warm and welcoming bar area, and ample seating for diners.   

Outside, the large beer garden and patio area are an unexpected hidden gem, overlooking an orchard where customers can often observe horses and other wildlife.
