Offer applies to one free ‘single’ serve dessert of your choice for each main course purchased. Visit one of the participating outlets and present voucher when paying for main courses and desserts to claim. One offer per transaction. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2. Promotion Period: 1st January 2019 to 31st January 2019
3. The Offer:
Guests who present a printed receipt at the any of the participating venues will receive ONE free dessert of their choice for each main meal purchased.

6. Maximum one Offer per table. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, and is subject to availability.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time, without prior notice.
8. The Offer is non-transferable, is not exchangeable and has no cash or other alternative in whole or in part.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Offer for an alternative of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary (eg. age of customer) for this purpose and the Offer may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
11. To the fullest extent possible in law, the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
13. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
14. By participating in this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
16. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
