The Company was informed on 23 April 2018 by Mr Jonathan Neame that he had disposed of 100 shares at nil consideration. As a result of this disposal, the beneficial interest in the Company’s shares held by Mr Neame and his connected parties, decreased from 146,763 ordinary shares (0.99%) to 146,663 ordinary shares (0.99%).

Mr Jonathan Neame further advised the Company that he had been appointed as a trustee in the matter of a deceased shareholder. As a result of this, Mr Neame’s interest in legal and non-beneficial trusts increases from 79,290 shares to 146,037 shares.
